Where can I collect my wristband/s?

When you buy your band/s you’ll have the option of having them delivered to your home address, your hotel or opt for in store collection. If you choose to collect them, you’ll have to come to our Los Cristianos office with your email receipt to receive your bands. See our about page for directions to our office.

 

I’ve ordered my wristband/s for home delivery – how long will it take?

We ship all our bands from our UK distribution centre via Royal Mail First Class meaning you should receive them with two business days of your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t taken delivery within five working days, please get in contact with us and we’ll investigate for you.

 

Can I return my wristband?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll happily refund any purchase made within 30 days as long as the band hasn’t been worn and shows no signs of damage or tampering. Please get in contact with us to arrange your return.

 

I lost my wristband – can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately we cannot take liability for any lost wristbands and any replacement bands will be at the customers’ expense.

 

I’m travelling with a group, do we all need to get wristbands?

If everyone in your group wants to get the same great deals then yes, you’ll all have to have your own wristbands. The agreements with our partner venues are based on each individual having a wristband.

 

A venue won’t give me the discount you advertise, what should I do?

Contact us with the details of the venue and when you were refused as soon as you can, we’ll get in touch with the venue and investigate on your behalf. Compensation on these matters will be arranged on a case by case basis.
